Please read our return and exchange terms carefully before making a purchase.
At ROHVE the label, each garment is crafted with care and made to order specifically for you. As a small, sustainable business, our policies reflect the need to minimise waste and ensure fairness as much as we possibly can.
Given that each piece is made for the individual customer, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our made-to-order garments due to the personalised nature of our process - we urge you to check your measurements against our size guide first.
However, if your item arrives with a significant defect or fault, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we may offer a repair, replacement (subject to availability of fabrics) or possibly a refund. Please note that damages resulting from improper care are not considered faults, so we encourage you to follow the care instructions provided.
We understand that sometimes a garment may not fit as expected, or you may not be entirely happy with the final product. If this happens, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at care@rohvethelabel.com.au so we can discuss your concerns and work toward a solution.
Please note: Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels.
